Alexander Egorenkov fd817280d3 zipl: fix incorrect setup of stage3 flags ...

Stage 3 flags is a 64bit integer but function add_ipl_program
used a 32bit integer instead. Due to this bug
STAGE3_FLAG_SCSI and STAGE3_FLAG_KDUMP were not correctly set.
