Marc Hartmayer 5ac171d224 genprotimg/zipl: boot: Makefile: small refactoring ...

Move the common `-nostdlib` and `$(NO_PIE_LINKFLAGS) linker options to
the actual linker call. This makes the code easier to maintain.
