Jan Höppner 320a49fc1a hmcdrvfs: Replace strncpy() with util_strlcpy() ...

Use util_strlcpy() to copy strings correctly and get rid of the
following GCC8 compile warning:

hmcdrvfs.c:862:4: warning: ‘strncpy’ specified bound 192 equals
destination size [-Wstringop-truncation]
    strncpy(symlink, arrow + 4, HMCDRV_FUSE_MAXPATH);
