Shalini Chellathurai Saroja b1d8e40bfe scripts/cpictl: Modify name of the exit code 6

Modify the symbolic name of the exit code 6 to
EXIT_NOTCONFIGURED, which is according to the Linux Standard Base
(LSB) specification.
