Fedor Loshakov 2c4c210ca8 zdev: add zfcp dix parameter handling ...

The zfcp kernel module was changed to introduce separate parameters for
selecting DIF and DIF&DIX. This commit implements the corresponding
changes in chzdev and lszdev.
