The tooling already supports the PAI counters to the respective CPACF functions introduced with MSA 10 and MSA 11 but the manpage did not reflect that until now. The list of pai counters is moved to a new section called APPENDIX to not block any important information with the list. Additionally a few double space after end of sentences are removed.
