Mikhail Zaslonko c08794bdfb zipl/src: Pass stage2dump_parm_tail struct to install_dump_ functions
Move struct stage2dump_parm_tail from stage2dump.h in to
include/dump/s390_dump.h

Pass the entire stage2dump_parm_tail structure to install_dump_* functions
instead of individual parameters.
