Marc Hartmayer efcfbce386 netboot/zipl: use '$(MAKE)' instead of 'make' ...

Use '$(MAKE)' to pass down the makefile flags.

This fixes the warning:

make[4]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1.  Add '+' to parent make rule.
