Kirtana Ashok 823e0420eb Fix transfer service dependencies: ...

- Fill OSVersion field of ocispec.Platform for windows OS in
transfer service plugin init()
- Do not return error from transfer service ReceiveStream if
stream.Recv() returned context.Canceled error
