Automatic merge from submit-queue Update to dnsmasq:1.3 and make hyperkube always use the latest addons This bumps dnsmasq to a version that works on all architectures: https://github.com/kubernetes/contrib/pull/1192 (which have to be pushed first indeed) Also I removed the manifests in hyperkube addons in favor for machine-generated ones, which will avoid mistakes. This one is required for `v1.3`, so it has to be cherrypicked I think... It makes docker and docker-multinode addons work again... (Yes, we'll probably get rid of docker in favor for minikube, but we'll have to have it in this release at least) @girishkalele @thockin @ArtfulCoder @david-mcmahon @bgrant0607 @mikedanese

cloudprovider/config-default.sh
contains a set of tweakable definitions/parameters for the cluster.
The heavy lifting of configuring the VMs is done by SaltStack.
