Filipe Brandenburger 162d7a00b3 Fix hack/e2e.go --ctl output ...

Export the KUBE_CONFIG_FILE environment variable pointing to the test
output when calling cluster/kubectl.sh directly.

Tested by running:
$ go run ./hack/e2e.go -v -ctl='version --match-server-version=false'
