David Zhu f780eefd39 Set up alternate mount point for SCSI/NVMe local SSD by UUID in /mnt/disks/by-uuid/, set up ability to have unformatted disk symlinked in /dev/disk/by-uuid/. Added tests. Preserved backwards compatibility.
