Automatic merge from submit-queue Implement a streaming serializer for watch Changeover watch to use streaming serialization. Properly version the watch objects. Implement simple framing for JSON and Protobuf (but not YAML). @wojtek-t @lavalamp

Maintained Examples
Maintained Examples are expected to be updated with every Kubernetes release, to use the latest and greatest features, current guidelines and best practices, and to refresh command syntax, output, changed prerequisites, as needed.
