Lars Ekman 639b9bca5d Corrects target in the KUBE-IPVS-FILTER chain ...

The target was "ACCEPT" which disabled any other check like
loadBalancerSourceRanges in the KUBE-PROXY-FIREWALL chain.
The target is now "RETURN".
