Add reliable wait for volume server startup.
Remove sleep(20) and check for readiness of volume servers by checking logs.
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
I prefer checking logs over readiness probe, as it's not easy to probe for Ceph/iSCSI/NFS/Gluster server readiness.
