block: disk_file: Add FullDiskFile trait

Browse Source 
Marker trait bundling all optional capabilities (PhysicalSize, DiskFd,
SparseCapable, Resizable) on top of DiskFile. Blanket impl covers any
type implementing all constituent traits.
