zkey: Select CCA adapter when re-enciphering
When re-enciphering secure AES keys, select the correct APQN for used with the CCA host library. Re-enciphering a secure key requires the use of the CCA host library. The APQN is selected based on the master key verification pattern obtained from the secure key to re-encipher.
