Jan Höppner 7eb04cdc54 zfcpdump: Fix dump location in README ...

Commit 724f1fea2c ("Makefile: Rename ZFCPDUMP_PART_* macros") renamed
the zfcpdump image from zfcpdump_part.image to zfcpdump-image. Fix the
image name in the README as well.
