Alexander Egorenkov 42889edc0c make: add address sanitizer support 
Install libasan first, e.g. on Fedora 32:
  dnf install -y libasan libasan-static.

To compile with address sanitizer, pass ASAN=1 to make.
AdressSanitizer helps to catch various memory bugs for which C/C++ is
infamous.
