Before starting the kernel:
1. parse environment block (if any) and create a hash table
of all found pairs (NAME, VALUE);
2. scan the command line, which already contains extra-parameters
(if any), and for each found ${NAME} replace it with VALUE, as
found in the hash table by NAME.
