Peter Oberparleiter 3b26f79143 libutil: add dynamic array helpers
Add helper macros to easily create, enlarge and append new elements to
dynamic arrays of arbitrary types.

Note: The use of dynamic arrays over lists may be preferable in some
cases to reduce complexity, and they may be required in cases where
elements need to be addressed directly by index.

Usage example:

  struct {
    int a;
    int b;
  } *array = NULL, element = { 1, 2 };
  unsigned int num = 0;

  util_add_array(&array, &num, element);
  printf("array[0].a=%d\n", array[0].a); /* array[0].a=1 */
  printf("array[0].b=%d\n", array[0].b); /* array[0].b=2 */
